Competition Terms and Conditions
1. No purchases necessary, for your chance to win simply draw your design on an A4 piece of paper and return to the address above with your name, address and contact details. Remember your design needs to fit onto a standard size tie.
2. Entries must be received by 9.00am 25th May 2009 to be included in the judging process.
3. A winner will be drawn on Wednesday 27th May 2009. The designers at Tie Warehouse will select a winner as the overall best design. The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail on the date of the draw. Please ensure you enter a telephone number or e-mail address where you can be contacted during the daytime of the draw date. If the selected winner cannot be contacted another may be drawn.
4. There will be one winner who will receive the prize, that consists of his or her own design being created into a hand painted silk tie.
5. The tie will be provided by Tie Warehouse.
6. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the campaign.
7. The prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable and not transferable.
