Send a hidden message in a tie this Valentine’s
Day
Got a secret crush on a man at work? A website has launched
a Valentine’s Day tie that will tell him how you
feel – without anyone else in the office working
it out.
The “Hello Handsome” tie has been launched
by the UK’s leading online tie retailer TieWarehouse.co.uk.
It’s a red tie which features the words “Hello
Handsome” written repeatedly on it in blue.
But the sentence is displayed backwards – “emosdnaH
olleH” – meaning you need a mirror to work
out what it says.
And the writing is small, so those who only glance
at the tie will think it’s just a blue pattern.
Gary Baker from Tie Warehouse said: “You often
find offices where there is a flirty friendship between
two people. This tie is a harmless way to move it off
email and into the office itself.
“The man you give it to will get the message
every time he looks in the mirror, but the rest of your
colleagues will be clueless.”
The tie is one of a series of romance-inspired
Valentine’s Day ties for men on Tie Warehouse.
