Returns & Refunds
Returns from UK addresses is free by following the instructions below. Non-UK return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and we'll supply you with a free returns label. Requests for refunds/returns must be made within 90 days of delivery - late returns will not be considered, however some allowance will be made in the event of Royal Mail strikes or other action which may prevent timely returns. Goods should be received by Tie Warehouse within 14 days of notification of intent to return. Returns from UK addresses is free by following the instructions above. Non-UK return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order. It is recommended that you get Proof of Postage when you return your goods. Next Day and other express delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled as per the terms below.
If you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will cancel your order and refund any payments you have made. If your order has already been despatched you will need to follow the returns procedure above, unless it is within 7 days of receiving your order, in which case you may cancel your order (UK only) under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). To cancel your order under these regulations, you will need to inform us in writing (by email using our contact form is acceptable) that you wish to cancel your order, within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then refund you in full within 30 days however you will still be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost, and ensuring the goods are in their original condition. If you fail to return the goods within 14 days of cancelling your order, we will arrange to collect the order and you will charged for any costs incurred.
Refunds will be made back to the debit or credit card used for the original order within 30 days of cancellation or return of the order. Next Day Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled as above, or does not arrive within the day specified in the Terms and Conditions as the next working day, or through any other fault of Tie Warehouse. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error of Tie Warehouse and if a receipt for the postage is included with the returned product, and only for Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class postage, and Royal Mail's Recorded Mail service. In such cases if a full refund plus the return postage is required, it will not be possible to refund more than the original purchase price, and postage costs will be provided instead as a Tie Warehouse gift certificate or discount voucher which will be valid for 6 months. In the event the goods are not returned and Tie Warehouse is required to recover the goods, we will charge you for any costs incurred for such recoveries. Any refunds or exchanges will be readjusted for discounts or offers included in the original order. Tie Warehouse is not responsible for any customs charges, bank charges or any other charges incurred by you as part of a transaction and will not reimburse any such charges. We reserve the right to limit the amount of times an order or item can be returned or exchanged. These returns procedures do not affect your statutory rights.
Any returned products must be in the original packaging, and the goods should not have been used or damaged in any way. Any returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded. The address for returns can be found on the Contact Us page and on the back of your packing slip.
